Diane’s method of teaching grew out of a successful career as an actress in theatre,television and film.
A love of the art of acting and desire to nurture young talent led to the creation of Young Actors Space, the most respected training ground for young actors in L. A. since 1979. YAS has trained many of the entertainment industries brightest young stars.

In 2000 Diane took her enthusiastic improv teaching style to New York, where she was welcomed with full classes and professional results. After many years of quarterly intensives, Diane has adjusted to two longer Winter and Summer Class Sessions. She is also available for coaching and consultation. In Los Angeles, Diane continues to support YAS www.YoungActorsSpace.com under the leadership of former teachers and colleagues Patrick Day and Nora Eckstein. Nora was her partner in Personal Management from 1982-2005. In New York, Diane will offer her intensives in improv and scene study, to children and teens.

Even at home Diane is surrounded by Drama! The rising stars of the House of Hardin are three grandaughters, Rory Melora Jackson, Piper Quincy Jackson and Cleo Elizabeth Hardin. More details available under news.
